Cancellation policy

All bookings are subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH)
in their current version.

A cancellation of your reservation is generally possible, but depending on the time of cancellation
, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Up to 2 months before the agreed arrival date:
free cancellation.

From 2 months to 1 month before arrival:
40% of the total package price.

From 1 month to 1 week before arrival:
70% of the total package price.

In the last week before the arrival date:
90% of the total package price.

The time of receipt of your cancellation by us is decisive for the calculation.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events
